CRETAN BULL JUMPER

Capturing the raw power of the charging bull juxtaposed with the elegance of the acrobat was the primary focus of creating this piece. The ancient Minoan tradition/ ritual involved the acrobat leaping over the back of a charging bull.

MATERIALS

Made from mechanical salvage, retired tools, car clutches, motorbike and bicycle components. The acrobat was made from a pair of pliers.
